December 2017—NCCCO participated in the sixth World Crane and Transport Summit (WCTS) in Amsterdam in November. NCCCO is an official supporter of the event along with several international crane and transport associations. The two-day Summit attracted more than 250 high quality industry professionals from around the world. Workforce development and credentialing were major topics as presentations from different initiatives in the United States, Europe, and Australia. The NCCCO certification model is well known in the international community and as other regions develop their own models, NCCCO is called upon for its input in the development of the most effective programs for the different global markets.
