August 2013 -- A day-long training course to prepare candidates for the new CCO certification exams for Service Truck Crane (STC) operators will be offered at ICUEE by Venturo Training Services. Attendees will receive in-depth instruction on the knowledge and skills tested on the CCO exams.
The course will cover both technical and best practice information and will also include hands-on instruction and operating time on the equipment. Among the topics to be covered are: Site conditions and equipment setup of service truck cranes; general operating practice and lifting principles; technical knowledge of national industry standards/regulations; understanding and interpreting manufacturer’s load charts; and crane operation controls and techniques
